Sip'n'Serve & Socialize on #TennisTuesday at CopperWynd
August 30, 2016 -- CopperWynd Resort & Club, one of the top luxury tennis resorts in the Scottsdale area, has announced the debut of Sip’n’Serve, a new style tennis program ideal both for beginners and longtime players and where it does not matter if you are only now dusting off your high school racquet or if you have played a weekly match for years.
The goal of Sip’n’Serve is to encourage people to enjoy a more active lifestyle while having fun playing tennis, socialize in person, and maybe post a photo showing off your #TennisTuesday moves. Each Tuesday at 6:30 pm, the tennis pro leads the group in 90 minutes of match play, games and instruction. Afterwards, players are invited to enjoy happy hour prices at Flourish, the bar and restaurant with award-winning views at CopperWynd Resort.
CopperWynd Resort offers one of the Valley’s best tennis experiences, with nine lighted, recently resurfaced tennis courts and inspiring mountain views at 2500 feet elevation. The program is run by Cliff Drysdale Tennis, one of the nation’s leading tennis operators.
In Sip’n’Serve, the aim is to to provide participants with the opportunity to improve their game - but without a lot of pressure or tension. Fun is the program’s first name and its middle name is sociability.
Sessions are held every Tuesday, 6:30 pm - 8 pm. Drop-in rate is $10 for CopperWynd Club members, $15 for non members. Session rate (four weeks) is $30 for members, $45 for non members. (Not offered Tues Nov. 1 due to the Women’s Pro Challenge event.) For questions or to sign up, contact Dave Phillips - firstname.lastname@example.org or 480-333-1842.
