Package cannot be changed or substituted; Learjet use is for 10 hours total of which 7 hours is ground time in Las Vegas. There are no time exceptions, passengers must be back to plane on time or will be charged additional ground and flight fees. The Learjet package on day of flight cannot fly and ground more than 10 hours and will be grounded until the next day if time lapses, no exceptions. No additional passengers may be added upon departure from Scottsdale or Las Vegas. Passengers must sign in at flight at both departures with legal identification. Package must be paid for in full at time of booking. Cancellation seven days to four days prior to departure requires a 50% cancellation fee, four days prior to trip no refunds will be given. Must be 25 years of age or older to fly as a passenger on this package. No passenger luggage of any kind is allowed due to Learjet weight restrictions. In-flight catering is available at an additional cost and must be scheduled 72 hours prior to departure with the resort. Ground Transportation in Las Vegas not included in package.
