The Spa at CopperWynd is an environment of quiet relaxation. For the comfort of all guests. Please turn off cellular phones and pagers and refrain from loud conversation. The use of our facilities is restricted to Members and Guests 16 years and older, unless accompanied by an adult or guardian.

We recommend scheduling spa reservations well in advance for the widest selection of treatments, services, and appointment times. Appointments are required for all services. Please phone 480.333.1835 to schedule all spa treatments. The Spa at CopperWynd is open for treatments daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Please plan to arrive a minimum of thirty minutes prior to your appointment. A luxurious full-length robe and slippers will await you in your personal locker. We encourage you to shower, relax and enjoy the eucalyptus steam room or the whirlpool prior to your treatment. A complete selection of grooming amenities is also available.

Your comfort is our primary concern. For facial, massage and body treatments we recommend wearing minimal clothing. Our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques and are highly professional. It is important for you to make us aware of any health problems, allergies or physical limitations you may have. Certain treatments are not recommended for persons with high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery or pregnancy. It is always advisable to check with your physician prior to any treatments. Please allow at least one hour between your last meal and your treatment and avoid the consumption of coffee or alcohol prior to your scheduled appointment time.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We strictly adhere to the Spa cancellation policy: If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to other members, guests and our therapists, individuals must advise us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. For cancellation of packages or groups, a 7-day notice is required. We no longer accept rebooking in place of cancellation fees. Arriving late to a scheduled appointment may deprive you of valuable treatment time. All treatments will end on time, as scheduled.
