CopperWynd Resort and Club offers a selection of extraordinary venues for group meetings and private events of almost any size. Inspired by the courtyards that have graced Europe’s finest clubs for centuries, our impeccably groomed 5,000 sq.ft. Event Lawn offers a breathtaking mountaintop setting for outdoor gatherings up to 200 people.

For more intimate meetings or retreats, our richly detailed Sonoran View Room and Executive Boardroom can accommodate groups of five to 50. The old-world furnishings and rustic stone fireplace will tastefully season your event with European elegance. For larger groups, the outside terrace is the perfect location with unparalleled views.

Audio Visual

Should you require special equipment for your conference, please let us know in advance to ensure prompt delivery. Audio visual equipment, whiteboards, copy machines, signage, disc players, easels/tablets, stage, microphones, PA system, podium, slide projector, screen, spot lights, tables, chairs, video and teleconferencing are available upon request.

Let our talented Executive Chef and his staff design a menu to meet all your needs with the quality and expertise known only to CopperWynd Resort. Our boutique setting allows us to provide you with the best of everything in food and beverage items making your event or special occasion a memory to cherish.

Transportation

CopperWynd is located just 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Super Shuttle Service is approximately $27 each way, Taxi Service is approximately $55 each way; however, we can make arrangements for you with our exclusive town car service, approximate cost per car is $70 each way (up to 4 guests).

Parking

Complimentary self-parking is available for our guests.

Payment

If you prefer Direct Billing privileges for your group booking, please make arrangements at least one month before the day of your event. Our Accounting Department requires current banking information, and at least three hotel/resort credit references. We also accept major credit cards.

Meeting room rental is waived pending a 95% pick-up of the contracted group room block.
