Main Pool

Shallow water class utilizing pool toys for added buoyancy and flotation. Hydro-tone paddles and booties will be used to give you resistance in water for maximum muscle toning. A must for individuals needing to avoid impact on the joints. Pool temperature is kept at a comfortable level. Not designated as an Arthritis Class.

AI CHI

Ai Chi is performed with deep breathing and beautiful meditative movements.  The postures increase joint mobility, range of motion, and strength.  Done regularly, Ai Chi helps to bring balance, peace, healing, and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.

BodyFLOW®-

Studio II

A revolution in body/mind training. You'll stand straighter, feel stronger and gain flexibility. This class combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates with new dynamic techniques. Designed to strengthen, stretch & relieve stress.

BODYSHOP

This total body workout utilizes free weights and exercise bands to develop muscular strength and endurance, while conditioning the heart through different types of low impact aerobic workouts. This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to every major muscle group in the body. Body Shop strengthens, tones, and defines and is designed for all ages and fitness levels.

BodyPUMP®/ Power Flex

A barbell/dumbbell class to music. No steps, no dancing, pure strength training and motivating music. Real results FAST!

BOSU FITNESS

Come use the latest core-training tool, the BOSU half ball! This cross-training class will incorporate cardio, strength, endurance and core training using the BOSU with a major focus on balance training. Space is limited, please sign-up at Spa Desk.

Cardio Express

Crunched for time? Get the heart pumping with this fun, minimal choreography, maximum results class. Simple step combinations and sport drills will be used. Supportive running shoes or cross-trainers recommended. Class meets in Studio I, but may be held outdoors.

CHAKRA

A special 8 week series held April 3rd - May 22nd. Come relax with techniques related to the Chakras energy centers in the body.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

A fun and exciting cardiovascular workout incorporating interval training. Combines weights, cardio and pylometrics. A great way to get your body moving!

FIT 101

Get back to basics for the returning person wanting stretching, toning, strength, endurance and gentle cardio with no rebounding but a total body workout to upbeat music with a more mature workout approach. Appropriate for participants with limitations or restrictions.

FITBALL

This class includes balance & strength training for the upper/lower body & core muscle conditioning with an emphasis on a healthy back. For those who want to work deeper & are looking for more challenge.

60 min. A FUN Cardio based class with the ball producing great aerobic conditioning with less impact on the knees and joints. The class focuses on the core (abs, back and waist) while improving balance. Strength training with hand weights will be used in conjunction with the ball to produce maximum results.

This class consists of series of controlled exercises that engage the mind & body to develop strong, flexible muscles, without bulk. Each movement starts at the abdomen, with a focus on controlling stomach muscles. Ball Pilates uses resist-a-ball and BOSU training apparatus.

SPINNING®

An indoor cycling class using various energy zones - It's the fastest way to get in shape! We recommend cycling shoes, padded bike shorts & heart rate monitors.

STRENGTH INTERVAL

ZUMBA

The feel happy workout. ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
